Enrollment out of date

For enrollments after the deadline established on the enrollment schedule the student must deliver at the PPGQ Office the Late Enrollment Form filled out and with all signatures requested. 

*Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

OBS: When requesting enrollment in Thesis / Dissertation, only the student’s and advisor’s signatures are needed.

Important: the enrollment in Thesis / Dissertation is mandatory and must be made for all students who are not taking any regular courses in the referred semester.
